I take on projects for private homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, interior designers, and collectors.

A commission starts with an idea for a new photograph. Ordering a print starts with an image I’ve already made. I can help with scale and framing in either case.

  1. Consultation

    We discuss the room, dimensions, budget, and the view you want.

  2. Scouting and photography

    I scout the location and plan around light, weather, and the city.

  3. Printing and framing

    We choose the size and presentation. Your photograph is printed and framed in Chicago.

  4. Delivery

    We arrange delivery and, for local projects, installation coordination when needed.

Commission questions

Can I order an existing photograph instead?

Yes. You don’t need to commission a new photograph to order a print. Choose from my selected work or send me a post from my Instagram.

How long does a commission take?

Most commissions take three to six weeks. Weather, the photography schedule, production, framing, and installation needs can affect the timing.

How much does it cost?

Custom commissions include a creative fee plus production costs. Licensed commercial projects generally start at $2,500. That figure is for licensed commercial work, not a starting price for every print. Email me about your project for a quote.

Do you work with interior designers?

Yes. I work with interior designers, art consultants, architects, and corporate teams on the artwork’s palette, dimensions, and schedule.

Can you help with framing and installation?

Depending on the project, I handle production, framing, delivery, and local installation coordination. Prints are produced and framed in Chicago using archival materials. White-glove delivery and installation coordination are available for local clients.

What should I send with my inquiry?

A photograph of the room, rough wall dimensions, your budget range, and any deadline are helpful. If you have a particular Chicago building or view in mind, include that too.
